The San Ramon Football and Cheer Organization are dependent on parent participation to make each season a positive and fun experience for our children. Each game runs smoothly only with full assistance from our parent volunteers. We would like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for taking time out of your busy schedule and volunteering with us. Below are some frequently asked questions that may help you understand our volunteer process better.

• How do I sign up to volunteer online?

To sign up please to go to http://www.sportability.com/sanramonbears

• Scroll to bottom of page and you will find Miscellaneous Resources
• Under this you will find the date/time, location, & action to volunteer
• Below action you will see register in red if the position is still available
• Please click on register and it will take you to your sign in page 
• Enter you email address and password - your child’s name will come up
• Please click on their name and it will open up window to register 
• Most of your player information will be listed please double check email and phone number are correct. 
• Answer the two questions and click continue - This will take you to review information. 
• If everything is correct please click continue for final confirmation.
• What volunteer positions can I sign up for? Volunteer duties will be assigned upon check in.  We will do our best to accommodate you in the best spot on a first come first basis.
• How many hours do I need to complete to receive my deposit back? 14 volunteer hours must be completed during season and 2 hours during Home Playoff games
• Will you prorate my deposit if I do not complete all 14 hours?  Volunteers are critical for our organization to run as smooth as possible, therefore, there are no prorated hours - all hours must be completed before your deposit is refunded.
• I forgot when I signed to volunteer, can you tell me? Please go to Assigned & Completed Hours link.  Once there please search for your child’s name under the appropriate squad.  Once you have found your cheer or player’s name you will find the dates we have you signed up for.  Every slot is 2 hours.  You may see the same date more than once.  This means you signed up for multiple 2 hour slots on the same day.  Write down the dates and go to the corresponding game day volunteers to check your time.
• How many hours have I completed and received credit for?  Please go to Assigned & Completed Hours link located under the volunteers tab.  Once there please search for your child’s name under the appropriate squad.  Once you have found your cheer or player’s name you will find the dates we have you signed up for. You may see the same date more than once.  This means you signed up for multiple 2 hour slots on the same day.  If the slot is highlighted it means that you have completed and credit has been applied for the 2 hour slot. 
• Where do I check in for my volunteer duties? During home games you will need to check in at the Bear Wear Table, you will see a Volunteer Check In sign.  During away games please report to the field to the on duty board member.
• I’m still short on volunteer hours, how do I know what is available to sign up for?
